Our 7 days Uganda safari is one of the best long safaris where you spend a full week discovering the beautiful national parks that as Murchison Falls National Park known for the world's most powerful waterfall, Kibale Forest National Park the primate capital of the world with 13 primates, Queen Elizabeth national park with the rare tree climbing lions and then Bwindi impenetrable forest national park with almost half of the endangered mountain gorillas.

Day 1. Arrival and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Arriving at the airport, you meet your safari driver guide who will take you to the biggest national park in Uganda pearl Africa which is Murchison Falls National Park. The journey to this amazing tourist destination is amazing as you pass through the differentlandscapes, homesteads, and roadside markets where you buy fruits such as pineapples, mangoes, jackfruit and others. Arrive in the evening at dinner time with enroute game drive where you have a chance to spot elephants, giraffes, buffalos and more. Dine at the lodge with a great view.
Day 2. Game drive, hiking to the top of falls after a boat cruise
Planning to have a Safari to Uganda, a game drive in Murchison Falls should always appear first in your sighting therefore, you will wake up for breakfast on day two of the Safari and after set off for the amazing adventure where you will get high chances of spotting most of the wildlife including the big five for example elephants, lions, leopards, hippos, Rhino’s and many other animals. Retreat to the lodge for lunch as you prepare to have the last activity in Murchison Falls National Park.
After your picnic lunch meet your Safari guide again for hiking to the top of the falls. You will meet a boat captain who will ride you up to the bottom of the falls where you will start your hike as you pass through the thick forest while spotting amazing beautiful creatures like flowers, butterflies, different bird species and many more. The beautiful scenery will probably welcome you as get to the top of the falls as you see how water passes through the narrow gorge and forms a rainbow, hills and mountains and many others.
Day 3. Drive to Kibale National Park
Kibale National Park is not that far from the city of Uganda “Kampala” It takes only six hours drive to get to Kibale from Murchison Falls National Park. Therefore, after your delicious breakfast, you will check out with the lodge and drive heading to Kibale Forest National Park. You will have a stopover in Fort Portal the tourism city for refreshing, stretching, and having a simple snack then embark on the journey to the booked lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. You can opt to take a walk to nearby crater lakes with a local guide from Isunga Cultural Community Tours a community-based tourism association at the edge of the forest.
Day 4. Chimpanzees trekking, tea and coffee experience
Chimpanzees are well known as our next kin since they share 98.6% DNA of humans. They are very intelligent and interesting primate apes to spend time with while learning more of their social behaviors which makes them to be very close to humans. Therefore you will get exposed to all these after having your breakfast from your lodge and driving to the park trekking office in Kanyanchu for such an amazing activity .
Drive back to the lodge for lunch as you prepare to have another memorable experience with Isunga cultural community tours for tea and coffee where you will meet different people while passing through the community, interact with the tea pluckers and if interested also get involved in harvesting tea using either of handpicking or plucking sheer. This experience involves making homemade coffee and tasting as well as many other interesting moments. We advise them to buy souvenirs like coffee or tea to support the local economy.
Day 5. Move to Queen Elizabeth National Park, evening game drive.
You will arise early morning and have your well-prepared cup of coffee or tea depending on your choice then after check out with the lodge and drive head to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will pass through several crater lakes alongside the road on the way to Queen Elizabeth.
Check-in with the booked lodge for lunch and prepare for the afternoon game drive where you will spot a number of wildlife for example Elephants, Buffaloes, Uganda kobs, warthogs, and more. Drive back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6. Boat cruise, depart to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
A boat cruise on the Kazinga channel is one of the interesting activities done in Queen Elizabeth National Park that one should not miss to experience while on this 7-days Safari to Uganda. While on this ride numerous amazing creatures will be spotted mostly schools of hippos, crocodiles, different beautiful bird species, reptiles elephants, the type of fish caught, and many more.
Retreat to the lodge for lunch then after the drive head to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park passing through the Ishasha sector as you try to look in the trees for the rare tree-climbing lions.
Day 7. Gorilla trekking and head back to Kampala/Entebbe (stopover at the
equator line)
This day will mark the end of your 7 days of Uganda Safari. So, you will wake up for breakfast and drive for your last activity which will be more fun and amazing that will make you end your Safari with a smile. Gorilla trekking is always held early morning and only eight people are recommended to trek with a Gorilla family.
Therefore, after attending the briefing which includes presenting your gorilla trekking permit, assigning the park ranger guide, getting conversant with trekking guidelines, and having all the required materials, the ranger guide will smartly lead you into the jungle in search for these amazing apes and only an hour is provided to you while in following the gorilla family visited.
You will learn more about Gorillas with the help of the ranger guide thereafter descend to the office to meet your Safari guide. Drive to Kampala with a stopover at the equator point where you be served with late lunch, take photos and buy some handmade crafts. Proceed to Kampala/Entebbe and be dropped at the airport to mark the end of the safari.
